We don’t replace your therapist. We walk with you, providing the medication support, emotional insight, and clinical wisdom you need to stay steady in your healing process.
Our model is private-pay, values-centered, and designed for clients who want a whole-person, collaborative approach — without feeling rushed or reduced to a diagnosis.

Initial Client Onboarding

Total: $597
Core Care Membership – $250/month
Includes:
- 1 session/month (45–50 mins)
- Direct messaging for medication questions or follow-up
- Routine review of labs or care updates
- Coordination with therapists or other providers (as needed)
Ideal for: Clients in a stable phase of care who benefit from monthly psychiatric support and medication review.
Intensive Support Membership – $400/month
Includes:
- 2 sessions/month (45–50 mins each)
- Messaging between sessions for support
- Medication optimization and strategy
- Additional time for care collaboration or deeper insight
Ideal for: Clients adjusting to new medications, navigating life transitions, or needing more active support alongside therapy.

What’s not included in my membership plan?
There are some costs that are not included in your membership and may require out-of-pocket expenses:
- Lab tests: Many tests are covered partially or fully with insurance, but some may require a copay or may not be covered at all. Specialty tests (like stool, urine, and saliva) are not included in your membership.
- Health care services outside of what is specified above such as vaccinations, urgent care, MRIs, etc.
