Why a Membership Model?

This structure allows for predictable, high-quality care, without long wait times or insurance constraints. It also ensures that you stay connected, even in between appointments, with a trusted provider who’s truly in your corner.

Commitment to Care
Membership is billed month-to-month. Clients are asked to enter care with the intention of committing to at least 12 months, allowing for stability, continuity, and meaningful progress.

Who This Is For
Individuals seeking consistent, high-touch psychiatric care who value a whole-person, thoughtful approach.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s not included in my membership plan?

There are some costs that are not included in your membership and may require out-of-pocket expenses:

  • Lab tests: Many tests are covered partially or fully with insurance, but some may require a copay or may not be covered at all. Specialty tests (like stool, urine, and saliva) are not included in your membership.
  • Health care services outside of what is specified above such as vaccinations, urgent care, MRIs, etc.

Can I use my FSA or HSA to cover membership or other costs?

Many of our members use their FSA/HSA to pay for clinical fees, specialty tests, and supplements. However, we recommend checking with your FSA/HSA company/carrier for more information and details as to how you can use these funds.

Can I cancel my membership plan?

To cancel your plan please email [email protected]. If you make monthly payments on your membership, we will process one final membership fee per your billing cycle after requesting cancellation. You will have access to Between Two Gardens Psychiatry services through that billing period. For example, if you are paying $165/month, you will make one more payment of $165 while being able to utilize Between Two Gardens Psychiatry services until the end of that period.

What does “unlimited messaging” mean?

As a member, you have access to unlimited messaging with your provider. Just login to the membership portal and send them a message!

Does my membership automatically renew?

Yes. We take care of the monthly recurring payment for you.
