A MESSAGE FROM SHANTELLE

There are a lot of women who struggle with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and they don’t know how to break free from it.

And many want an integrative approach where medication isn’t the only option.

I’m Shantelle Brokaw, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and owner of Between Two Gardens Psychiatry. For the past 10 years I’ve been using a holistic approach to help women overcome their mental health challenges, adopt better lifestyle habits, and improve the relationships in their lives.

When I first start working with a client, we begin with an assessment. I spend a lot of time with women understanding their mental and medical history, their lifestyle habits, and those things that are holding them back from truly thriving in life.

Then I create an individualized and step-by-step implementation plan with goals to support your mental health, your body, and your lifestyle.

After we implement the plan, we have monthly check-ins where we assess outcomes and provide accountability for our clients.

If you are looking for a trusted partner and process that will help you break through those mental health barriers and provide you long-lasting results, then schedule an alignment call today. In this free 20 minute alignment call, I get a better understanding of what you are experiencing and see if we are a good fit to work together.

My goal is to walk with you every step of the way so you can get back to living a healthy and thriving life so schedule your alignment call and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
